Elevator repair

Emergency repair is when the elevator is out of service, stuck between floors, doors fail, or sudden noise and vibration need immediate attention — not the next scheduled monthly visit. Maintenance is preventive; repair fixes the fault that is happening now.

Common signs include sudden stops, controller faults, failed buttons or displays, mis-leveling at landings, and door lock or photocell failures. If someone is trapped, use the car emergency phone or call emergency services first — then contact us to dispatch a technician.

If the elevator still runs but motor noise, vibration, or door issues repeat, diagnose before a full shutdown. For regular prevention, a monthly maintenance contract is a separate path.

After you report the fault, a technician is dispatched and diagnoses in the machine room, shaft, and car. Cause and proposed fix — from simple adjustment to part replacement — are explained before work begins.

If a part must be replaced, a separate quote is provided; after your approval, repair uses genuine components. Finally, brake, door, and ride tests run and a short report goes to the building manager.
