This policy is published by Atlas Asanbar Arsh Technical & Engineering, registered at Karaj, Jahanshahr, Helal-e Ahmar St., Beheshti St., No. 1009, Shakhes Building, Floor 3, Unit 3, Iran, and follows Iran's Electronic Commerce Act. Wherever this page says "we" or "Atlas Asanbar," it means this company; wherever it says "you," it means a visitor to asanbararsh.ir.
Information we collect
This site has no account system, no password, and no online payment — so the information we hold about you is limited to:
- Contact details such as your name, phone number, or email, when you reach out yourself by phone, WhatsApp, or email about a project, a quote, or a service.
- Standard, anonymous browser data that Google Analytics records automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived at the site.
- Messages you send us through the Goftino live-chat widget, if you choose to use it.
What we don't collect
This list matters just as much as the one above: card or banking details, national ID numbers, and passwords. None of these are needed to use this site or contact us, so we never ask for them.
How we use this information
We use it to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange a site visit, or provide after-sales service. Analytics data is reviewed only in aggregate, to see which pages and blog posts are useful and where the site runs slow, not to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
asanbararsh.ir uses Google Analytics (GA4) cookies to measure traffic, and the Goftino widget may set a cookie to keep a chat session open. These scripts load only after the page's main content has rendered, so browsing with them blocked still works normally. You can block these cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Data security
Traffic between your browser and our server is always encrypted over HTTPS. The contact details you send us are accessible only to the team members who need them to handle your request.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information, and we share it only with the services that run the site or its analytics: Google Analytics, Goftino, and our hosting provider, each processing data under its own privacy terms. The one exception is if a competent judicial or legal authority requires us to disclose it under the laws of Iran.
Data retention
Enquiry details you send by phone, WhatsApp, or email are kept only as long as we need them to handle your request or ongoing project, then deleted. Analytics data follows Google's standard retention settings for GA4 accounts.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This site introduces elevator and escalator services to customers and contractors, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this page as the site or our tools change. The date at the top shows the last revision. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
